According to a reply by John1F Microsoft Forum moderator on the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 forum: The following updates will be listed as “System Firmware Update – 12/3/2015” or “System Hardware Update – 12/3/2015” within the Windows Update History.
HD Graphics 520 driver update (v20.19.15.4326) improves display stability.Surface Display Calibration driver update (v1.1.381.0) supports compatibility with the updated graphics driver.
Note When Surface updates are provided via the Windows Update service, they are delivered in stages to Surface customers. As a result, not every Surface will receive the update at the same time, but the update will be delivered to all devices. If you have not received the update then please manually check Windows Update later.
