Meizu is gearing up for the launch of their latest flagship, the Meizu 16S. We have seen many leaks of the phone in past, and now a what seems to be a promotional video of the phone has been leaked.

The video isn’t completely ready and shows off the phone in complete white colour as a proper render of the phone has not been used. Maybe, even the design of the device hasn’t been finalized yet or they just did it to prevent the leaks. Also, the video has a watermark which reads as “demo for Meizu”. So, this video might not be the official teaser of the phone. A carbon fibre variant of the phone is also possible, as the video hints. But these all are just speculations.
We have seen some renders and real-life photos of the device many times. The phone also appeared on popular benchmark site Geekbench, revealing some of its specifications. Jack Wong, the CEO of Meizu posted on Meizu Forum that the phone will look very beautiful, especially the white version. Also, it will be one of the thinnest and lightest phones amongst its competition. The phone will have bezels somewhat equal to many flagships, but will instead have a selfie camera within the bezel unlike them. Most of the companies have opted either for a notch, pop-up camera, or a punch hole camera.
According to the leaks, the phone will have a 6.2-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2232x1080p. It will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 855 platform along with Adreno 640 GPU. A 3600 mAh battery will be present inside with support of mCharge fast charging. The phone will run on Flyme 7.2 on top of Android 9 Pie. On the back, the phone will have 48 + 20 MP dual rear cameras with laser-guided autofocus surrounded with 6 led flash. The camera will offer up to 3X lossless zoom. On the front side, we will get a 20 MP selfie camera. Other specifications include Bluetooth 5, NFC, etc. The price of the phone starts from ¥3398 according to the promo video leaked.
